The Distiller's Tisane
Hot cocktail, perfect for winter
Ingredients
- 4 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
- 15 cl Linden infusion (hot)
- 1 cl Mountain honey
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 star anise

Réconfort hivernal par excellence. L'infusion de tilleul et le miel de montagne enveloppent la gentiane rouge d'une douceur boisée. La badiane ajoute une note anisée subtile. Idéal au coin du feu.
Instructions
- Prepare a hot linden infusion in a cup or mug.
- Dissolve the honey in the infusion.
- Add the Red Gentian Liqueur.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a star anise.
- Serve immediately.
