La Belle Gentiane
The house signature cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 cl Yellow Gentian Liqueur
- 10 cl Premium tonic (Fever-Tree Mediterranean)
- 1 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 rosemary sprigs
Notes de dégustation
Le cocktail signature de la maison. La gentiane jaune s'exprime dans toute sa finesse florale, rehaussée par le tonic méditerranéen. Concombre et romarin apportent fraîcheur et élégance. L'apéritif parfait.
Instructions
- Gently muddle the cucumber and rosemary at the bottom of a large glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Pour the Yellow Gentian Liqueur and lemon juice.
- Top with tonic.
- Stir once gently.
- Garnish with rosemary.
